Our mission is to provide you with an expert assessment of your flooring complaints so that you can make informed decisions. Either way, our thorough investigations and detailed reports provide you with the information you need to move forward. Contact us today to schedule your flooring inspection!
When a floor fails, understanding the cause is a critical step for anyone considering replacement - many different factors can affect a floor's performance. In some cases, there are site issues that need remediation (such as moisture, or subfloor issues), without which, any replacement job is likely to fail in a similar manner. Other times, usage patterns (pets, wheelchairs, etc) might indicate that a different type of product is a better fit for your space.
Additionally, when filing a claim under a builder or manufacturer's warranty, a professionally-prepared report describing the issues and identifying the underlying causes can be a useful negotiation tool.
... And some people just want the peace of mind that comes with understanding what is happening beneath their feet.
